- Clear Pathway to Permanent Residency: The new pathway ensures that caregivers have straightforward access to permanent resident status, eliminating unnecessary hurdles and delays.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for these new pilot programs, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Achieve a minimum of level 4 on the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB).
- Possess the equivalent of a Canadian high school diploma.
- Have recent and relevant work experience in the home care sector.
- Secure a full-time job offer in home care.
